How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated using Canada Post rates during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We will ship wherever Canada Post will ship. Shipping costs are calculated using Canada Post rates during checkout.

How long does it take before my gift box is shipped?

Our boxes are made to order and we aim to process and ship them within 5 business days of payment. Delivery will then take the number of days listed by Canada Post to reach your address.

Do you do rush orders?

If you need a gift in a rush, please contact us and we will see if we can help you.

What is your delivery area?

We deliver to the Ottawa West area: Almonte, Arnprior, Barrhaven, Carleton Place, Carp, Downtown Ottawa, Dunrobin, Greely, Kanata, Pakenham, Perth, Richmond, Stittsville

How does delivery work?

Pay for regular shipping at checkout and that is your delivery fee.

Once you pay for your box with florals, we will contact you to set up a delivery date. We deliver on Tuesdays to Saturdays. We will need at least two business days from your order date to make up your box.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. The boxes are made to order and we do not accept returns.

My box is a gift. Do you put a receipt in the box?

We do not include any receipt or invoice in our boxes. You will only have the receipt that is emailed to you.

Do you do substitutions?

Depending on availability, some products in our gift boxes may be substituted with other products of similar type and value than what is shown in product photos or descriptions. This kind of substitution is rare. If you want your box to have certain set items, please contact us.

I am a maker/supplier in Canada. Can I have my products included in Pimpernel & Plum boxes?

Yes! We are always looking for new Canadian goods, so please contact us.
